Two Homes, One Table

Inca Gold Catering started with the flavors Chef Omar Mauro carried from Peru — aji amarillo, rocoto, huacatay — and grew into a Louisville kitchen that cooks them with Kentucky ingredients: Sirocco Ridge Farm goat cheese, Kenny’s white cheddar, Weisenberger grits, and bourbon where it earns its place. The result is catering this city can’t get anywhere else: Peruvian at its heart, Kentucky-grounded, and cooked for a crowd.
